ARCHITECT VILLA FEET IN THE WATER
This villa is located in an exceptional site, between the Swiss road and Lake Geneva. The project protects itself from the nuisances of the North and the West by “inhabited” walls dressed with stones, where the annexed premises such as the garage, an English court, a gardening room will be set up.
The villa and the garden open up to the South and East to enjoy the view of the harbor and Mont Blanc. The outdoor spaces are designed as an extension of the interior. Thus, the terrace is thought of as a room in the open air, clearly delimited by the volumes built and the pool. This spatial continuum is also achieved by eliminating all obstacles between interior and exterior, thanks to the use of VITROSCA glazing.
Inside, spaces are also open to each other. The materials of great qualities contribute to the spirit of a bare architecture, but with attention to detail.
